Wherefore art thou truly, Romeo?

I wish I could see this production in New York, which promises much sweet sorrow:  a production of “Romeo and Juliet” — cobbled together from people’s (false) recollections of how the play goes.

  1. Dan Says:

I’ve often wondered if some movie adaptations of books are done that way.

  2. Uncle Rich Says:

Used the link to the story and it is hilariously funny. Can’t wait for them to do Macbeth. “Is this doggerel I see before me?”

  3. Barry Says:

Haven’t seen the “R&J” but saw their last two pieces and they are creating a truly unique theatre. They create the kind of work that makes me think, “That’s so simple: why did no one think of this before?”
